The Principles and Practices Course is a 60 hour state approved course which will provide the required knowledge to take the State Real Estate test, and go on to work as a licensed Real estate agent in Connecticut. 30 Hour session for broker candidates who need an extra 30 hours to complete the new 60 hour requred minimun.
